Refund Policy

1. 1:1 Clarity Sessions

Payments for clarity sessions are requested only after a date and time are mutually agreed upon. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

2. Programs and Journeys

For the Reset Your Mind program, we offer a 7-day review period. If you find the program is not a fit within the first 7 days, you may request a refund.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used via our payment gateway (e.g., Cashfree).
