Nature of Services

All services offered are digital, experience-based services, including clarity sessions and structured guidance programs.

No physical products are sold or shipped.

1:1 Clarity Sessions

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled only after mutual confirmation of date and time.

Sessions are not offered urgently or on an immediate basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the confirmed session time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated.

Refunds

  • Once a session is scheduled and preparation has begun, no refunds are provided.

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • missed sessions

    • late cancellations

    • failure to attend the session

    • dissatisfaction based on expectations or outcomes

Programs & Group-Based Offerings

For longer-term or group-based programs:

  • Access details, schedules, and materials are shared digitally.

  • Once access is provided, no refunds are offered.

  • Partial participation or non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

Non-Transferability

All bookings and program access are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

Any exception, if considered, is entirely at the discretion of Satinder OmShanti.
